The predecessor of Xroads Translations, Crossroads Translations was established in 1993 and has provided interpreting and translation services to government agencies in EU funded institution building projects since 1995. Xroads Ltd., a company with the same ownership structure, scope of activities, seat and experts' team as Crossroads Translations, was established in 2002

The translators' and interpreters' team of Xroads Translations are constituted by professional, full time linguists with post-graduate university degree in the discipline and accreditations by EU Services who have proven reliable expertise in various areas of the Civil Service, in European affairs and in the administration, financial management, control and monitoring of aid from European Funds and in the translation of the relevant Community regulations and Hungarian legislation.
